Spanish housing prices reach turning point

According to the Housing sector trends report (official data) analizing 2014 numbers, new homes (built after 2008) went from €2,039 to €1,994 sqm. Used housing is however consolidating, and it went up by 1.3% more than in 2013 (€1.326 per sqm).
