The Government does not want the Arab fund TAQA to take over 100% of Naturgy
TAQA, the Abu Dhabi giant, has confirmed to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) that it is in talks with CriteriaCaixa for a possible shareholders’ agreement to control Naturgy.
