Iberdrola to invest in 315 MW Windanker offshore wind farm in Baltic together with Kansai Electric

Alphavalue / Divacons | The Spanish utility informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it has closed the agreement with Kansai Electric to co-invest in the Windanker offshore wind farm (315 MW) in the Baltic. Iberdrola will hold a majority stake of 51%. The project will have 21 turbines of 51 MW and will come into operation in the fourth quarter of 2026. The closing of this transaction, which took place after the buyer obtained the required regulatory authorisations, has taken place under the terms previously reported.
