Alphavalue/Divacons | The Spanish alternative energy company has completed the sale of 13 wind farms in Spain (440 MW) to Opdenergy for €530 million. The transaction also includes a solar pipeline of up to 351 MWp.
The farms, which are around 15 years old, are spread across several provinces (Albacete, Cádiz, Cuenca, Lleida, Valencia and Zamora). The transaction will generate a net profit of €190 million for Acciona, reinforcing its asset rotation strategy.
