Airbus: 54 aircraft delivered so far this year, 77 orders recorded

Airbus nuevo

Banc Sabadell | Airbus (AIR) announced on Monday after the market closed that it delivered 35 aircraft in February (against 40 in February 2025 and 25 in January 2025), bringing the total number of deliveries in 2026 to 54 (against 65 in 2025, 17% lower). On the other hand, a total of 28 new orders and no cancellations were recorded during the month. Thus, net orders in 2026 stand at 77 aircraft (against 65 in 2025).

Assessment: Despite the apparent weakness shown by the delivery figures, both monthly and cumulative, this is not relevant at this time of year, which is seasonally slow and affected by engine delivery problems, something that has been widely reported by the company. In relation to orders, they continue to reflect a healthy demand situation.
