The Spanish insurer announced the decision taken by its Board of Directors to pay, on 28 May, a supplementary dividend charged to the 2025 financial year of €0.11 gross per share. Mapfre reports that, following the proportional application of the amount corresponding to treasury shares to the remaining shares, the amount of this supplementary dividend to be paid to all shares entitled to it is set at €0.110372 gross per share. It also reiterates that the relevant dates regarding the payment of the aforementioned dividend are as follows:
• Last trading date on which Mapfre shares will be traded with the right to receive the dividend: 25 May 2026.
• Ex-date: 26 May 2026.
• Record date: 27 May 2026.
• Payment date: 28 May 2026.
