Gross debt issuances in 2014 were similar to 2013’s, with €239,535 billion, while net debt issuances reached a value of 57,569 billion, which represents a decrease of 18.1%.
Approximately 95% of the net funding went to 10-year- bonds. Thus, the average maturity at the end of the year stood at 6.17 years, exceeding more than three months that of 2013.
