Indra ups investment in convertible bond buyback to €226.9m after receiving further expressions of interest

Link Securities| In connection with the invitation to the holders of its outstanding convertible bonds corresponding to the issue in the amount of 250,000,000 at 1.25% maturing in 2023, with ISIN code XS1500463358 to make offers to sell bonds to Indra (IDR), the company announced that, since then, it has continued to receive expressions of interest from bondholders for the repurchase of its bonds in the secondary market and has agreed to repurchase such bonds through HSBC Continental Europe at a cash price of €101,250 per €100,000 of bonds.

Following these repurchases, and together with the bonds repurchased in the context of the Invitation, Indra has repurchased bonds for a total aggregate nominal amount of €226,900,000. The bonds repurchased by the Company will be cancelled in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Following these repurchases, bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of €19,000,000,000 remain outstanding. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, the Company may make further repurchases in the secondary market.
