Vidrala increases share buyback programme to maximum of 700,000 shares for €66 million

Norbolsa | Vidrala (VID) has increased its share buyback programme to a maximum of 700,000 shares (around 2.1% of the share capital), for a maximum cash amount of €66 million (compared to the previous €33 million), without changing the maximum duration of twelve months from the programme’s initial announcement.

To date, Vidrala has purchased 318,473 shares, representing 45% of the current buyback plan.
