BlackRock discloses 3.02% stake in Indra

BlackRock has disclosed a 3.02% stake in Indra, comprising a 2.637% direct stake and 0.365% via derivatives, according to records held by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Other significant shareholders: Sepi 25.16%; Sapa Plasencia 7.94%; Goldman Sachs 7.63%; Amber Capital 6.23%; ING Groep 5.58%; T. Rowe Price 5.01%.

Meanwhile, according to CNMV records dated Wednesday 5 August, the US fund AQR Capital Management has slightly reduced its long-standing short position (bearish position) in the company, from 2.37% at the end of July to the current 2.29%.
