Second-hand housing price in Spain soars 17.7% in February to all-time high of €2,673 m²

Alphavalue/Divacons | The price of second-hand homes in Spain shot up by 17.7% in February 2026 compared to the same month last year, reaching a new all-time high of €2,673/square metre, according to Idealista on Tuesday.

This figure represents the highest price since the company began keeping records. In addition, the ‘Idealista Property Price Index’ reflects a monthly increase of 0.9% and a rise of 2.6% in the last quarter.
