Talgo completes capital increase fully subscribed by SEPI

Alphavalue/Divacons | On Thursday, the Spanish railway company notified the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of the completion of its capital increase, fully subscribed by SEPI (State Industrial Holdings Company).

The transaction, which was registered in the Commercial Register on 2 January, consisted of a cash contribution with the exclusion of pre-emptive subscription rights for a nominal amount of €3,187,058.73.
