Markets consolidate ahead of EU summit


Barclays’ analysts see some light at the end of the tunnel despite concerns about banks.

Although Greece tops the agenda of this EU summit, Europe’s migration crisis is also expected to be discussed. Countries are at odds over how to deal with the increasing number of migrants coming to the EU, mostly from war-ravaged countries in Africa and the Middle East.
