Elecnor acquires Spanish company Jet Aircraft Services, specialists in comprehensive aircraft maintenance services

Norbolsa | The company has announced the acquisition of 100% of Spanish company Jet Aircraft Services (JAS), entering the aircraft maintenance, preservation and dismantling sector. The purchase price has not been disclosed, although in 2024 the company had sales of €7.39 million and a negative result of €233,119. Elecnor Is To Build The Largest Wind Project In Spain In A Single Phase For €64.3 M

The Gecama project, which is located in several municipalities of Cuenca (Tébar, Cañada Juncosa, Atalaya de Cañavate and Honrubia), is being promoted by the Israeli company Enlight Renewable Energy. It will cover an area of 41 km2 and will include an almost 80-kilometre long network of paths.

Elecnor Will Provide The Control System For Europe’s First Mission To Clean Up Space Debris

Elecnor, through its Portuguese aerospace subsidiary Deimos Engenharia, has been selected to develop the guidance, navigation and control systems for the Clearspace-1 mission. This is the first European mission aimed at cleaning up the garbage in space. The framework for this project is the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Adrios programme, the first European space debris removal mission, scheduled for launch in 2025.

Elecnor Awarded Large-Scale Water Transportation Project In Oman Worth €192 M

Elecnor was awarded the contract in a joint venture agreement with Omani company, Target. The new infrastructure will double the water transportation capacity from desalination plants located in Barka and Sohar (in the north of the country) to the drinking water network, bolstering the supply in the Al Batinah region, one of the Sultanate’s most populous areas.
