Norbolsa | Acciona has increased its stake in Acciona Energía from 85.47% to 91.11% after executing the equity swaps agreed a year ago, reopening the debate on a possible delisting.
Other options being considered by Acciona include a spin-off to separate the infrastructure and renewable energy businesses, promoting a merger with the parent company, seeking strategic partners, or maintaining the current situation while assessing the market environment.
