“The ECB will find more restrictions on buying debt in the markets for which the volume of purchases is high in relation to the outstanding balance. In some instances, the investor base is less likely to get rid of these domestic bonds. Such investors may include insurance companies or foreign pension funds, amongst others,” experts at Renta 4 commented on Friday.
